ТИРЕОИДНЫЙ СТАТУС ОРГАНИЗМА ПРИ ИНДУКЦИИ МОНООКСИГЕНАЗНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ ПЕЧЕНИ В ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТЕ

Abstract
The article analyzes the thyroid status of the organism against the background of induction of the monooxygenase system of the liver by its inducers. As inducers, the known drugs benzonal (benzo-barbital) and zixorin (flumecinol) were used. It was revealed that with the induction of the monooxygenase system of the liver, a statistically significant increase in the content of thyroid hormones is observed. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the functional state of the monooxygenase system of the liver and the thyroid status of the organism.
