Abstract

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of professional training of future specialists. The approaches to reform the learning process in the establishment have been determined. It has been determined that the reforming of the professional education and the creation of the effective scientifically grounded systems of the professional training of specialists in new professions are the major socio-pedagogical tasks. It's been indicated that the organization of the professional training is advisable to regard as the complex process of making and functioning of educational systems, adequate aims and tasks of professional education, the requirements to the formation and development of specialist's personality. There have been differentiated the aspects of the professional training of specialists.
