Abstract

Abstract:Azerocoronarycalciumscorewasobtainedinoutstudyin28.33 %participantsofwhichonly 4(13.35%ofcases)patientswhodeveloped ACShadazeroCACS,while 13(43.3% ofcontrols) people among controlhadazeroCACS. Inthisstudy,weanalysedthedistributionofCoronary artery calciumscoresinpatientsofACSwhodonothave traditionalriskfactors namelyobesity,diabetes, smoking,dyslipidemia,hypertensionwas significantly differentascomparedtoasymptomaticpeoplewithoutCAD andhavingnone ofabovementionedriskfactors.Eventhoughtherewere notraditionalriskfactorscoronarycalcium scoresweresignificantly higher inpatientswhodevelopedACS ascomparedtocontrols.
