Abstract
The article reveals the issues related to the reform of the Institute of administrative responsibility in the implementation of the people’s will and established order of its provision. Attention is drawn to the important areas of reform of institute of administrative responsibility in the implementation of electoral and referendum processes and responsibility for election and referendum processes.
