Tourism and information technologies in the focus of achievements and new perspectives

Abstract
Annotation. The aim of the article is to justify the new prospects for mutual development of tourism years with implementation in the Internet were considered. The importance of information technologies for the development of the tourism industry and the preservation of the competitiveness of the subjects of the tourist business was determined. The advanced foreign experience of using IT in the sphere of tourism was analyzed. Findings. The development of tourism business and the provision of quality services is already impossible without the use of information technologies and these technologies also is a new vector of development through active use in the tourism industry. It is necessary to create all the conditions for the creation of new tourism projects using IT in Ukraine which will become the drivers of the development of the tourism industry in the country. Practical value. Stimulation of such use and evaluation of foreign best practices, timely introduction of new solutions in the tourist sphere of the regions of Ukraine will allow attracting domestic and foreign tourists.
