ТРАДИЦИОННЫЕ ПРЕПАРАТЫ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ ЭПИЛЕПСИИ У ДЕТЕЙ

Abstract
In article is stated on high efficiency of the topiramat (topsaver) at therapeutically refractory forms of an epilepsy. Not only disappearance of attacks, but also improvement of cognitive functions after numerous daily attacks, unsuccessfully treated was observed by drugs of the first and second generations. It is allowed to use effective concentration of anti konvulsant in treatment, it is essential to reduce their toxicity, to set accurate parameters between the level of concentration of the anti konvulsant in a blood, therapeutic and toxic effects of concrete antiepileptic drugs. These indicators are standard for most of patients, however in some cases the optimum level of content of drug in a blood can be beyond therapeutic range. It is especially shown at treatment of an epilepsy by several drugs owing to interactions between them and is expressed in rising or depression of pharmacological indicators that demands change of a dosage. After emergence of Karbamazepinums and Valproatums new antiepileptic agents were in the late eighties synthesized: topiramat and others – drugs of the third generation.
