Trafficking in human beings as a global problem of the present

Abstract
In this article the characteristics of the social and legal nature of trafficking in human beings, the identity of the offender and victims, the causes and measures of combating trafficking in human beings at the present stage in Ukraine are described. The directions of overcoming the problems related to counteraction to trafficking in human beings on the basis of criminological analysis of this crime are found.
