Training of a future reflexive management teacher of the foreign languages in pedagogical educational work

Abstract
The research deals with the problem of the future teacher’s reflexive skills formation. It is necessary for a teacher to reflect not only his personal abilities but also to combine processes of teaching and learning in the professional work, and pupils studying achievements. Thus, the purpose of teacher’s reflection should aim at creating favorable conditions for pupils’ development. The aim of the article was to consider the effective methods and ways of forming students’ reflective skills for making their professional work successful. The article outlines the content and forms of students’ educational and cognitive activity organization in the aspect of their mastering reflexive management in the sphere of professional-pedagogical activities. Special attention is paid to the place of group work in English class and the role of English teachers in its implementation. The teacher acts as an advisor, consultant, manager, directing students’ work in self-searching, analyzing and processing the information and presenting the results. Therefore, in order to train a competent foreign language teacher it is necessary to involve students in the process of learning and transforming themselves as educational managers through understanding of the social and personal significance of this professional role and its conscious assumption.
