Training technologies as the basis for formation of conflictological culture in the process of managers EEA professional formation.

Abstract

In his article the author emphasizes, that at this stage there is a problem of higher economic education, he state that the preparation of the future manager in the process of studying in higher educational institutions does not meet the modern requirements of the labor market. The author informs about the formation of the mechanism of conflictological culture of managers by introducing training technologies as a modern world pedagogical toolkit. He believes it necessary to determine and justify the structure and content of pedagogical technology that ensures the development of a culture of conflict management of future managers. The author suggests teaching conflictological culture not only with traditional methods, but also with interactive technologies, in particular, using trainings aimed at diversifying the development of competence in conditions of interaction. The author demonstrates that the training promotes the assimilation of knowledge, skills, skills necessary to perform a certain type of activity, and adds that training technologies can act as a pedagogical means of professional training of specialists, as they possess meaningful and organizational properties. Finally, the author argues that the application of the training system of training is one of the ways to implement an active model of training management managers. Demonstrates that the trainings stimulate the cognitive activity and independence of students, create such comfortable conditions in which each student feels his success and intellectual ability in preparing a specific issue of the subject of classes. He state that in the process of training training takes place in the conditions of constant active interaction between students and the teacher. He also believes that the trainings allow the teacher to see the students from the other side. The author emphasizes that the most common in practice is individual training. This type of training is conducted in groups of up to 5 people, and he adds that the training system teaches future managers to be more democratic, communicate openly with other people, think critically, and make thoughtful decisions.
