Transaction Costs of Formation of Demand and Supply in the Labour Market Under Conditions of Transformational Economy

Abstract
The article studies internal factors of variance of demand and supply of labour force in the domestic labour market, which are justified by its institutional imperfection; it studies influence of transaction costs of the subjects of the labour market on its structural imbalance under conditions of transformational economy; it proves the role of investment component in ensuring balance of transactional costs of formation of demand and supply of labour force and reasons of underfinancing of this sphere.
