TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGIES:ORGANIZATIONAL MECHANISM OF INTERNAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstract
Purpose. The article studiesthe structure of the technological transfermechanism of an industrial enterprise, its main levers and subsystems, and the peculiarities of their interaction. Methodology.The sequence of the technology transfer management process, its main blocks: analytical, forecasting and optimization are studied. Originality.It has been established that the most interesting at this time, however, still insufficiently popular among domestic industrial enterprises is theintrapreneurialform of technology transfer, which generally characterizes the internal processes, but meanwhile includes the possibility of external transfer to a certain extent. Practical value.The author's vision of the organizational mechanism of the intra-firm transfer of an industrial enterprise intellectual development based on the principles of intrapreneurship is presented.
