Трансформація макросередовища бізнесу внаслідок запровадження інституту криптовалют / Transformation of business macro-environment as a result of genesis of the institute of cryptocurrencies

Abstract
У статті розкрито особливості криптовалют як нового платіжного засобу та інструменту розрахунків, який може застосуватися економічними суб’єктами — окремими підприємцями та підприємствами. Метою дослідження є виявлення та описання трансформацій, які зазнає макросередовище бізнесу внаслідок запровадження інституту криптовалют. Для реалізації поставленої мети поставлено та вирішено такі завдання: а) проаналізувати особливості електронних грошей, які викликають зміни чинників, що впливатимуть на діяльність підприємств; б) охарактеризувати можливі зміни у правових, економічних, соціально-культурних макроумовах, за яких функціонуватиме підприємство, що використовуватиме криптовалюту; в) виявити вплив нових макроумов на ефективність функціонування бізнесу. На основі аналізу практик роботи з криптовалютами в Україні та світі та спираючись на висновки, зроблені внаслідок узагальнення виявлених тенденцій, авторами виділені та описані визначальні трансформаційні процеси в макросередовищі сучасного бізнесу, які поєднанні у три групи: економічні — якісно новий механізм формування попиту та пропозиції на електронні гроші; поява нових ефектів в економічній діяльності підприємств, що запровадять операції з криптовалютами; соціальні — нерозуміння сутності криптовалюти з боку потенційних клієнтів і, як наслідок, зростання соціального напруження навколо операцій з криптовалютами; технологічні — необхідність опанування роботи з платформами криптовалют і їх імплементація в економічний механізм підприємства. The article reveals the features of a crypto currency as a new means of payment and a settlement tool that can be used by economic entities — individual entrepreneurs and enterprises. The purpose of the study is to identify and describe the transformations of the macroeconomic environment of business due to the introduction of the institute of cryptocurrency. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are formulated and solved: a) analyze the features of electronic money, which determine the changes in factors that will affect the activities of enterprises; b) describe possible changes in legal, economic, socio-cultural and technological macro conditions in which an enterprise using crypto-currency will operate; c) reveal the influence of new conditions in the macro environment on the efficiency of the business. Based on the analysis of the practice of working with cryptocurrencies in Ukraine and the world and on the conclusions drawn from the generalization of the identified trends, authors identified and described the defining transformation processes in the macroenvironment of modern business, combined into three groups: economic — a qualitatively new mechanism for the formation of supply and demand for electronic money; the appearance of new effects in the economic activity of enterprises that introduce operations with the cryptocurrency; social — the lack of understanding of the essence of the cryptocurrency from the side of potential customers and, as a result, the growth of social tension around operations with the crypto currency; technological — the need to master the work with cryptocurrency platforms and their implementation in the economic mechanism of the enterprise.
