Translation adaptation of user manuals

Abstract
The article studies translation transformations in the translation of user manuals to digital cameras from English into Ukrainian. The concept of technical translation has been considered, features of the user manual’s text have been characterized, translation transformations as a way of adequate translation have been studied, their classification and quantitative characteristics have been provided.
