Transmitted antenna in photonic crystals with negative refraction
Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2013, Vol 5, Issue 11
Abstract
Negative refraction uses in this paper. There is this property in metamaterials and seen in photonic crystals. We apply a structure of two dimensional photonic crystals in certain frequency for make a device that it's changes the propagation direction and the electric field intensity with changed size. The changed size has been making with changed the period of structure. Produced device can be used as transmitted antenna and propagated waves circularlyandellipse.
