Abstract
Transparency is a very important issue in economic public-private cooperation. Ensuring transparency of mutual relations is a priority in logistic cooperation between the military and civilian companies. Achieving the desired objectives of obtaining goods and high quality services depends largely on defining and implementing appropriate procedures in this area. The aim of this article is to indicate the directions in order to develop a transparent -civil - military cooperation in the logistic system of contracting services outside the Polish Armed Forces
