Abstract
This work is dedicated to a theme very important – transaction reconciliation – act device contributing to discipline. As a legal instrument for dynamizing the civil process, reconciliation is susceptible to multiple scientific investigations, especially in relation to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova, thus highlighting the role and opportunity of this institution of civil procedural law in the right exercise of justice has become the objective of this research.
