Trends in e-business

Abstract
The article presents trends in the e-business sector, showing perspective of the changes in services. It was noted how the approach to the process of the service change in the method of providing the same service. The author presents the trends not only associated with the use of modern technology, but also related to the opening of new market segments, such as for example the social community. The analysis of these examples, the use of new e-services in the economy, the author presents the results of e-business felt by the customer, ser-vice providers and suppliers.
