TRENDS OF REALIZATION OF MODERN MECHANISMS OF ANTI-CRISIS PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OF TERRITORIES

Abstract
The article examines the theory of public crisis management. The author identifies the modern bases for the implementation of anti-crisis public administration mechanisms. The traditional paradigm of crisis management is considered. The basic principles of the implementation of the mechanisms of public crisis management of the territory are defined. In the article, the author characterized the paradigm of integrated counteraction to crisis phenomena, which should be based on the principles: the integrated use of methods of theory and practice of management, and the integration of scientific knowledge of various disciplines. The author noted that in the context of institutional reforms, the role of anti-crisis public administration is increasing as a complex of theoretical and methodological provisions on effective response to crisis phenomena that arise at different stages of the development of socio-economic systems.
