Triple processing of polylactide affect on mechanical, rheological and thermal properties
Journal Title: CHEMIK nauka-technika-rynek - Year 2010, Vol 64, Issue 4
Abstract
This article describes research studies on using triple processing biodegradable polymers to obtain products like sheets. Polylactide (PLA), one of the most known and generally processed biodegradable polymer, was used as research material. Basic properties, like strength, rheological and thermal ones of untreated PLA have been studied and compare with the properties of PLA regranulates and blends of PLA regranulates with untreated one.
