ТРУДОВІ РЕСУРСИ ЯК ВАЖІЛЬ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract
Chebanova N.V., Chebanova О.Р., Mikhiienko S.V. Labor resources as a lever for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. Subject of study. The article proves the dependence of economic growth on the development of human capital, which represents the labor resources of the enterprise. At the same time, the results of such influence are proposed to be considered at three levels of development of labor resources. Purpose of the study. Identify a list of factors that influence the formation and development of labor resources and as a consequence of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. Objectives of the study: - study of the basis of the relationship of labor resources development and economic growth of the enterprise; - to substantiate consideration of the development of labor resources at three levels, depending on investments in education, culture and health, to show the peculiarities of each of them and their interconnection; - to show the connection of human development with the economic processes taking place in the country. Methods of research. During the study, methods of system analysis, logical generalization, abstract-logical methods were used. Results of the work. It is not sufficiently developed research of many scholars on the basis of the relationship between the development of labor resources and economic growth. First of all, it is necessary to pay attention to the study of the results of investing in the development of labor resources at the individual level (for each individual worker), the micro level (for the enterprise) and the macro level (for the country). In addition, it is necessary to establish the cumulative effect obtained at each level of the development of labor resources, and the relationship between levels. Increasing capabilities, competencies, social status, etc. is the result of investments in the development of labor resources at the first level. Growth of competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises is the result of the development of labor resources at the micro level. The development of labor resources at the country level provides for a reduction of the migration of intellectual resources, increasing social protection of the population, increasing the standard of living of the population, reducing unemployment. The combined effect of investments in the development of labor resources at the macro level is the country's economic growth and the status of a state with a high degree of social protection of the population. Thus, the dependence of the level of economic growth of the country on the development of labor resources is unconditional. The main purpose of Ukraine's economy in the long run is to become innovative, which is characterized by the ratio of investments to science, education and capital renewal of production - 1: 3: 3. This requires a change in the management strategy and reform of the state allocation system. Modern state social policy should be directed, first of all, to an effective demographic and migration component; increasing the efficiency and balance of the labor market; ensuring steady growth of real incomes; development of the social insurance and social security system; modernization and development of housing and communal services. Existing state programs for social protection of the population remain at a low level. It should be noted that only a highly developed, cultured and healthy worker is the main factor underlying the competitiveness of any business entity, and through its work can increase the efficiency of all social production. Scope of application of the results. The obtained results can be used in the development of social programs of each economic entity.
