Abstract
Derkach T.V. Institutional background and principles of the transformation of enterprises in the regions on the basis of integration interaction. This article investigates institutional prerequisites and principles of transformation of the economy territorial structure of regions on the basis of integration cooperation. At the end of the research, is developed an algorithm for the formation of mezolevel integrated entities at the regional level, which will ensure the implementation of a balanced policy in the region, focused on ensuring its equilibrium development using the existing potential. Keywords: regional economy, institutional environment, integration cooperation, territorial transformation of the economy.
