ОЦІНКА СИСТЕМНИХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ АГРАРНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА

Abstract

E.A Boyko. The аssessment of system characteristics of sustainable development of agrarian production. It has been established that steel production is a complex and multifaceted category for which it is not possible to apply a single indicator of a generalizing assessment. Therefore, using the methodology of system analysis, we believe that the sustainability of agrarian production can be more fully expressed by the following components: production, social and economic. The first one is defined as a characteristic of food self-sufficiency of food products in the required volume and range, the second - reflects the levels of reproduction and economic availability of material goods for workers of the agrarian sector, the third - necessary to assess the economic stability of its development. The components we have identified have a corresponding filling with indicators - indicators. In order to determine the production component of sustainable agricultural production, it is expedient to use the following indicators (indicators): self-sufficiency in domestic food; maintaining the necessary volume of transitional stocks of agricultural products; production per capita; ensuring sustainable growth in agricultural production and increasing the contribution of agriculture to gross domestic product. For quantitative characteristics of the social component should be guided by the ratio of average wages in agriculture with wages in the economy as a whole; economic availability of material goods for workers of the agrarian sector; the ratio of the consumer price index to the average wage index in agriculture; аpproximation of the level and quality of life in rural areas to urban parameters. The main indicators of the economic component of sustainability of the agrarian sector development include the share of profitable agricultural organizations in their total quantity; profitability level of sales; current liquidity ratio; coefficient of security of own working capital; the share of products of domestic producers in the domestic market of food products; the share of imported goods in the total consumption of food. We consider it expedient to focus on the fact that indicators of sustainable agro-production should adequately assess the patterns of its development, which is why for their adequate assessment should be considered not only the actual level of the indicator for the analyzed period, but also the deviation from the normal (stratified by the trend) values. Comprehensive assessment of the level of development of sustainable agro-production involves a comprehensive comparison of indicators of production, social and economic components expressed in the structural-logical model of the formation of a system of indices of sustainable agro-production.
