TÜRKİYE ÖRGÜTSEL DAVRANIŞ DİSİPLİNİNDE “NİTELİK” TARTIŞMASI: YAZIN VİZYON HAREKETLİLİĞİ VE ETİYOLOJİK BİR YAKLAŞIM

Abstract

Türkiye Örgütsel Davranış Disiplinde tartışma, daha çok yapılan çalışmaların “nitelik yitimi”ne ilişkindir. Nitelik yitiminin en temel nedeni, disiplinin hızlı salınıma bağlı konu kapsamların bozulması ya da konu bağların kopması olarak görülür. Ancak disiplinin bu şekilde salınımına devam etmesi de mümkün görülmemektedir. O halde gereken, disiplinin salınımını en uygun zamana oturtmaktır. Aksi halde illizyonlar/manipülasyonlar, düşük yazın kalitesi, zayıf akademik yazım standartlar ve gelecek etkisiz eğilimler yaratma kapsamı kaçınılmaz olur. Bu durum disiplinde yeniden zorunlu bir “vizyon düzenleme” ihtiyacını karşımıza çıkartmaktadır. Çalışmada önce ana sorunun tanımına bağlı, disiplinin hızlı salınım köken nedenlerini ve kanıtlarını araştırma, sonra disiplinde yapılması gerekenleri vurgulama ve harita argümanları sunma; enson olarak da disipline nitelik kazandırmaya yönelik etkileme koşullarını tartışma amaçlanmaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışma kuramsal ve etiyolojik bir sorgulama hedeflemektedir. EXTENDED SUMMARY Research problem and purpose: Debate in Turkey organizational behavior discipline, mostly concerns to the loss of quality of the studies. The main reason for the loss of quality is seen as the deterioration of subject scopes or breakage of subject ties due to the rapid oscillation of the discipline. However, it is not possible in this way the discipline to continue its oscillation. What is needed then is to dominance the oscillation of the discipline at the most appropriate time. Otherwise, illusions, manipulations, poor quality of writing, poor academic writing standards and ineffective future trends are inevitable. For this reason, a vision regulation is required again in the discipline. According to this study it is pursuing three main objectives: (a) In Turkey discussed organizational behavior discipline investigate the cause origin and evidence of the loss of quality, (b) emphasizing what needs to be done in the discipline and presenting map arguments; (c) discussing the conditions of influence to qualify the discipline. Research Questions: The research questions/investigation model are expressed in three points: (a) What are the reasons for the loss of qualification in the discipline and the supporting evidence? b) What should be done across the loss of qualification in the discipline? (c) How will it be done? The answers to these questions frame the preparatory work of the discipline vision arrangements. Disciplinary vision regulation preparation questions statements and reasons are as follows. First, how can the vision of discipline escape from illusions and manipulations? Second, how does the disciplinary vision move to the level that will create future trends, rather than following current trends? Third, how can disciplinary vision quality and academic standards be improved? Philosophical maps, conceptual/theoretical maps and methodological map arguments are explained. Depending on the arguments of this map, how to make or influence conditions are proposed. Literature Review: The initial idea and basic theoretical argument of the study literature is “the theory of relativity” expressed by Albert Einstein in the 1950s. Accordingly, Turkey made in the management and organization after the 7 main emphasis has been determined why two origins: Evidence for the first reason, by Prof. Dr. Şükrü Özen (2000) and Prof. Dr. Ferda Erdem (2009) and conducted at different times of discipline in Turkey "bibliographic Researches" is dependent evaluated. Evidence of the second reason, Prof. Dr. Ünsal Oskay's (1976) methodology findings. Methodology/approach: The study includes a critical approach in the discipline of organizational behavior and a theoretical and etiological questioning about the presentation and development of field knowledge. More used in the medical field and in Turkey management/organizational area for the first time called etiological (etiology) approach with the reasons for loss of quality of organizational behavior discipline to systematically analyze, make recommendations and/so space is provided to open intellectual-practical and critical field of literature. The study is organized in three main parts: (a) The first part gives the reasons and evidence of the rapid release of the discipline based on the definition of the main problem; (b) the second section, highlighting what should be done in the discipline and presenting map arguments; and (c) in the last section, discussing the conditions of influence on qualifying discipline. In this respect, the study was designed to investigate the causes of the situation, to question the reasons for eliminating the reasons and to propose influencing conditions. Results and Conclusions: In Turkey of Organizational Behavior discipline in study to explore the exception at the mentality of ongoing mentality, these findings and conclusions have been reached: (a) To normalize the period of disciplinary release so that disciplinary (energy) structure and subject scopes are not disturbed and ties are not broken. (b) To Preventg stratification of degradation and degradation. To support the first result, avoiding popular issues, imitation/repetitive studies, scientific illusions and visionlessness; to support the second result, it may be suggested to create a sense-value perception, to place the theoretical and conceptual point of view, and to prevent empirical and process conservatism. In this case, the discipline vision must be reorganized. Contribution and value of the study to literature: This study is considered a two-way contribution: First, Turkey Organizational Behavior disciplinary perspective how it should be composed of, the second is how the discipline should be directed in theory, comprehension and methodology.
