TÜRKİYE’DEKİ TOPLUM RUH SAĞLIĞI MERKEZLERİNİN 2013-2015 YILLARININ PROFİLİ

Abstract
Amaç: Bu araştırma Türkiye’de 2013-2015 yılları arası toplum ruh sağlığı merkezlerinin profilini incelemek amacıyla planlanmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma tanımlayıcı olarak yapılandırılmıştır. Araştırmada 45 Toplum Ruh Sağlığı Merkezi araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir (katılım oranı: %42,45). Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı analizler kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya dahil edilen Toplum Ruh Sağlığı Merkezlerinin %20’sinin Marmara ve Karadeniz Bölgelerinde olduğu, %75.6’sının bir katlı bir binada hizmet verdiği belirlenmiştir. Merkezlerde çalışan personelin çoğunlukla hemşire (%24.7) ve hizmetli (%24.7) olduğu saptanmıştır. Tüm merkezler incelendiğinde, sürekli merkeze gelen danışan sıklığının %7.8 olduğu, bir merkezde ise “Mavi At Kafe” adlı korumalı iş yeri açıldığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Türkiye’de toplum ruh sağlığı hizmetlerinin hedeflenen düzeyde olmadığı ancak son zamanlarda ilerleme gösterdiği söylenebilir.
