Types of Barack Obama presidential memoranda: structural characteristics.

Abstract
The article devoted to the consideration of the structural features of different types of presidential memorandums of Barack Obama (2009-2015). Proposed a determination of presidential memorandum as a subgenre of administrative orders as a part of the presidential discourse. Analyzed varieties of presidential memorandums from the point of view of text structuring and proposed to divide them into memorandums-directives, memorandums-solutions and memorandums- disapproval.
