Types of corporate non-documentary securities in the law of Spain

Abstract
Corporate non-documentary securities more than other objects of civil, commercial and financial law are subject to the impact of political and economic changes in the country and beyond, due to the dependence of issuers of such securities on the market conditions. That is why the stability of the legal regulation of corporate non-documentary securities is a necessary factor for attracting investors and economic development of countries as a whole. In this connection, it is necessary to state that the study of the legal nature of securities and the study of the positive experience in the regulation of corporate non-documentary securities in the law of Spain are relevant in our time for Ukraine with a view to possible use of the developed approaches for solving the problems of legal regulation of the circulation of corporate non-documentary securities in the conditions globalization of world economic relations and international unification of private law relations. In this article, the author defines types of non-documentary securities of Spain, highlights their key characteristics and main problems in law enforcement.
