Types of metaphors of organisation

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the variety and types of metaphors and giveexamples of their use in organisational discourse. Metaphoric thinking is a useful approachto make out the organisation and is permanently blended in the management cognitionprocess. Metaphors constitute a part of language and their changing is connected withtransformation of the way of thinking and speaking and, thus, organisation actions.
