TYPES OF PROVISION OF MACROECONOMIC FORECASTING AND PLANNING IN THE CONTEXT OF STATE REGULATION MECHANISMS

Abstract
The article deals with the features of macroeconomic forecasting and planning as a managerial process, with proper institutional, methodological, information-communication, financial and legal support. The scheme of the macroeconomic forecasting and planning process, taking into account the need for its effective practical implementation, has been constructed. The scientific principles of macroeconomic forecasting and planning from the standpoint of system and process approaches are investigated. Identifying the contexts of manifestations of security provided an opportunity to thoroughly explore macroeconomic forecasting and planning, in particular: from the standpoint of knowledge of the internal environment (macroeconomic forecasting and planning as a process) and the external environment (macroeconomic forecasting and planning as a system providing the process). The characterization of all types of macroeconomic forecasting and budget planning has made it possible to systematize types of provision in the context of state regulation mechanisms and to develop a model of state regulation of macroeconomic forecasting and budget revenue planning.
