Typical investigative situations to investigate gargo thefts in conditions of the use of network to control railway cargo carrying

Abstract
This article deals with typical investigation situations that can take place while solving the theft of freight on railway stations equipped with united electrical grid weight control stations. The article highlights three typical investigation situations in which the actions of investigators in case of fright theft at the stages between charge station and the first point for weight control, between two adjacent points for weight control and the last point for weight control and the receiving station have been analyzed.
