TYPICAL SITUATIONS OF THE INITIAL STAGE OF INVESTIGATION OF ILLICIT ARMS TRAFFICKING

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the literature data and the investigative practice, the author suggests general typical investigative situations of the initial stage of the investigation of illicit arms trafficking to be distinguished on five bases, which form a logically formed classification of five consecutive levels of generality.
