Abstract
The article analyzes some conceptual and legal aspects of the participation of Moldovan trade unions in setting up specialized courts for labor disputes in the Republic of Moldova, through the prism of studying domestic and foreign doctrines in the field of labor disputes resolution, as well as international labor standards and provisions of national labor laws, substantiated conclusions and proposals on the multifaceted and relevant topic under consideration.
