Abstract
The article is devoted to improving the work of personnel in the enterprise. Management of labor resources is a field of knowledge and practical activity aimed at providing the enterprise with the necessary labor resources capable of fulfilling the labor functions assigned to them and their optimal use. The company's labor resources have two key characteristics: structure and size. In the course of the work, theoretical aspects of the formation of labor resources at enterprises were identified, the main indicators of the movement and use of labor resources at the enterprise were determined, methods for evaluating the efficiency of labor resources were used, and the composition, structure and dynamics of labor resources were analyzed.
