ВПЛИВ ПРОЦЕСУ ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ НА ФІЗИЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК, ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНІЙ СТАН СТУДЕНТОК 1 ‒ 4 КУРСІВ СПЕЦІАЛІЗАЦІЇ ФІТНЕС

Abstract
The article presents the results of the assessment of physical health of students of 1 - 4 courses engaged in fitness. The state of the cardiovascular system, the portability of loads was performed using a functional test of Martina-Kushelevsky continuous recording on the ECG. After the analysis, we can conclude that the level of physical health tends to decrease from course to course. On the 1 course the level of the state of the cardiovascular system is of a very high level of preparedness for students. In the evaluation of the physical state of the cardiovascular system, the results showed that the students personal site source data heart rate lower than that of students of the 4th course. The time of recovery heart rate and blood pressure at students 4 courses of higher than for students of 1 course. These figures indicate a decline of activity from the side of cardiovascular system, the reduction of reserve opportunities of an organism at students of last courses. All this suggests reducing the level of fitness of the body of students 4 course to environment changes and load and resistance to various influences. The state of health of students of last courses requires the development of correctional programs with identified risk factors.
