Ukraine state ethnic policy: scientific and legislative aspects.

Abstract
The evolution of conceptual approaches to the development of a normative legal act, which would outline the purpose, principles and tasks of Ukrainian ethnic and national policy and the mechanisms for its implementation, taking into account the realities of Ukrainian society, would introduce the definition of the terms of legislation in the field of ethnic and national relations is disclosed in the article. The projects of the concepts of state ethnic politicy of Ukraine, worked out during the years of independence, were analyzed, peculiarities of views on the proposed projects of scientists, government officials, legislators, representatives of ethnic communities and experts were determined.
