Ukrainian historian and imperial dignitary: to the history of the relationship between M. Kostomarov and Kyiv civil governor I. Funduklei

Abstract
In the article in the context of prosopographical study was accomplished the attempt to analyze and describe the history of relations between the young scholar-historian and the Kiev civil governor I. Funduklei, to highlight the periods in the history of these relationships, to perform social, political and personal factors, which determined their character, reveal personality assessment I. Funduklei M. Kostomarov and evaluation of the young scientist Imperial official, to clarify the role of I. Funduklei in the case of Kyryl and Mefodiy fraternity, avoiding ideological and political conjuncture.
