Ulcer defect as one of the traits of the acquired dysplasia of connective tissue

Journal Title: Медицинский альманах - Year 2016, Vol 1, Issue 1

Abstract

In a number of diseases related to derangement of vessel wall metabolism, including diabetic angiopathy, acquired collagen metabolic imbalance appears. Under this biochemical dysfunction there is a decrease in synthesis of connecting tissue causing clinical manifestations of the ulcerous process arising as a decompensation of some vascular diseases. There is a special interrelation in bioplastic processes of proteins of an extracellular matrix – collagen and fibronectin. The level of a plasmatic native fibronectin of patients with ulcerous manifestations of a diabetic foot infections and venous pathology is studied in the article. The correlation level of plasma fibronectin of the degree of ulcerous process expressiveness is found. The authors suggested economically available method of an indirect assessment of derangement of synthesis of collagen at ulcerous processes of the lower extremities which has predictive value for remedial measures
