Una Aproximación A Los Recursos Que Influyen En La Ventaja Competitiva En Pymes De Tenosique, Tabasco, México

Abstract
Las pequeñas y medianas empresas juegan un papel importante en la creación de puestos de trabajos, competitividad y crecimiento económico que México necesita. De acuerdo a datos del INEGI para el año 2016 existían aproximadamente 2000 empresas entre micros, pequeñas y medianas en la Ciudad de Tenosique. El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar los recursos que influyen en la ventaja competitivas de las pymes de la zona centro del municipio de Tenosique teniendo como base la Teoría de los Recursos y Capacidades de Wernelfelt (1984). Fue un estudio cuantitativo descriptivo correlacional. Se suministró un cuestionario a 13 pymes de la zona centro de Tenosique. Los resultados mencionan que las capacidades para explotar los recursos organizacionales influyen en la Ventaja Competitiva. Los recursos con mayor índice de correlación fueron los recursos físicos y organizacionales con .869**
