Unity and differentiation of social services in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to questions of unity and differentiation of social services. The author argues that the unity of legal regulation of relations with the provision of social services is based on the fundamental, basic ideas, principles that penetrate the whole system of social services in Ukraine. The article establishes that the grounds of differentiation of social services may be: 1) target, 2) subject, 3) territorial.
