Abstract
The main stages and approaches to the management of intellectual property rights for feed production are analyzed. The main ways of improving the process of managing objects of the intellectual property right for feed production are shown, in particular, clear subordination and distribution of the duties and responsibilities between different departments of the Institute for the IPO management; continuous monitoring and control of the economic efficiency of commercialization of the intellectual property objects available in the innovation portfolio of the Institute; consideration of specific properties of the intellectual property for feed production (varieties, technologies, etc.) during planning and implementation of measures for their economic use during domestic production and when concluding economic and licensing agreements with agricultural commodity producers; continuous monitoring and consideration of the market needs when planning commercialization of intellectual property objects for feed production.
