УПРАВЛІННЯ РИЗИКАМИ КОМПАНІЇ НА ОСНОВІ МІЖНАРОДНИХ СТАНДАРТІВ РИЗИК-МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of introduction of international standards of risk management at Ukrainian enterprises, researches the formation of domestic risk-management. The author emphasizes the importance of introducing a risk-manager profession, which is quite new for Ukraine. The author's approach to introduction of risk management for enterprises on the basis of international standards is offered in the form of a block diagram of the sequence of stages of risk management. At the beginning of risk management, it is proposed to collect information related to risk, to group and classify risks. The author also proposes inclusion of criteria for the effectiveness of risk management in the company's KPI system. At the stage of construction of work with risks at the enterprise it is proposed to make an addition to the reporting system; to update the division of responsibility for the processes and add to them the work on risk management; adjust the company's strategic development plans and annual plans with the addition of risk management.
