Розглянуто значення фактора “суспільна думка” під час прийняття управлінських рішень, насамперед на макроекономічному рівні. Визначено можливості та механізми виявлення “суспільної думки” в управлінському процесі. Обґрунтовано основні передумови правильного вибору “суспільних менеджерів”.
