«Urgent» Investment as an Instrument for Ensuring Sustainable Financing for Infrastructure Projects

Abstract
The article investigates the "urgent" investment as a tool for sustainable financing of capital investments in infrastructure projects. The existing practice of financing infrastructure in different regions is analyzed and it is determined that the main problem of the backlog of its development from the needs of the economy is the deficit of available financial resources. It is shown that one of the approaches to reducing the financing risks of infrastructure projects can be the mechanism of additional investments. The model of development of rational managerial decisions concerning additional financing of infrastructure projects is offered.
