USANDO O CHA PARA IDENTIFICAR COMPETÊNCIAS E GERAR RESULTADOS POSITIVOS NA GESTÃO DE PROJETOS

Abstract
Times have changed; it will no longer be possible to manage projects with bureaucratic techniques within the small amount of time that the market demands. We are in the information era along with its intelligent application, in which what counts is the knowledge, the abilities and mainly the attitude of those who are committed to results and goals. Th is article will explore how to work with the three elements of CHA (Conhecimento, Habilidade e Atitude, knowledge, ability and attitude) to identify the right competences in staff structuring and also to obtain the managers and their groups’ maximum performance in order to achieve positive results in the implemented projects.
