USE OF MORAL PRINCIPLES IN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL WORK

Abstract
The specificity of the ethical component of professional activity of specialists in social work is investigated. The importance of moral regulation of social activity that implements both international ethical standards and the Ukrainian Code of Ethics for social work specialists is disclosed. The moral principles fixed in the ethical code of the system of professional social work are characterized, namely: respect for the dignity of each person, priority of the client's interests, trust and in-teraction in solving client problems, accessibility of services, tolerance and confidentiality. Tolerance education is defined as one of the leading educational tasks and as one of the necessary conditions for an effective professional activity of a specialist in the social sphere. A three-component structure of the social worker's to-lerance is presented.
