USE OF SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF INTENTIONAL MURDER IN CASE OF EXCEEDING THE LIMITS OF THE NECESSARY DEFENSE

Abstract
The article reveals the general provisions for the use of special knowledge in the investigation of intentional murders in excess of the limits of the necessary defense. Their cognitive essence and the necessity of attracting specialists to the process of investigation of criminal proceedings have been determined this category.
