USING OF CONTEXT RELATED TRAINING TECHNOLOGY FOR TRAINING OF FUTURE SOCIAL EMPLOYEE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the implementation of the context related training technology during the training of future personnel of social services, considering the specificity of the future profession. Within the context related training the future social employee learns to adapt to the conditions of modern life, to solve successfully complex professional tasks, to analyze consciously and to adjust their activities. Inves-tigating the context related training is a relatively new area of scientific research in pedagogical theory, which has recently started to develop in Ukraine. The problem of implementation of the system in the training process is rather out of scientists attention. The realization of the context related technology, where the main focus is self-education of the students in acquiring and operating with knowledge, is car-ried out during the study the Special education course. The essence of the proposed method and its pur-pose was to develop projects as an independent research by the students of certain problems within this period, that finished with writing the final work and helping students to trace the relationship between dif-ferent subjects, that gives the future social employees practical skills of their own activities and creates an opportunity for students to cooperate with different categories of people. Mastering the technology of context related training the students also got acquainted with the method of creating personal and profes-sional self-portrait. In our study is a written reflection «I am the future social worker», whose goal is self-analysis and self-assessment of their own personal and professional qualities, skills, opportunities and prospects. Exploring of the students creative projects allowed us to identify the level and depth of their motivation for such activities. Further, in his work, the author noted the significant interest of the students in their own self-development. In addition, it identifies the growth of students abilities to create «I – con-cept». This study allows us to conclude that the technology of context related training corresponds to the principles of social work such as problematical, individualization and differentiation, the harmonious de-velopment of the various components of thinking, the formation of algorithmic techniques of mental ac-tivity, a special organization mnemonic activity that reflects the problems of professional training of fu-ture social employees.
