Using Parallel Algorithms to Match in DNA Strands

Abstract
In this paper we are going to by use of parallel algorithm on DNA level. Study the protein for match in DNA strands, and offer a new parallel algorithm called “kombat” for matching DNA strands in DNA protein level of speed –up to other algorithms such as linear algorithms that being nearer to ideal case and also compare the said algorithm with the number of different processors.
