Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2012, Vol 3, Issue 9
Abstract
The purpose of present research to was impression aerobic exercises to enzymes measure and liver fat in the men suffering to non-alcoholic fatty liver. Materials and method: In this semi-empirical study to settle 17 men suffering to non-alcoholic fatty liver by way of casual in two groups aerobic exercise (n=10) and control group (n=7). Exercise programe carried out along 8 weeks and 3 meeting in every week, to specify liver enzymes measure used from laboratorial kit (Biosystems) made in spain and for appointing liver fat measure used from ultrasound machine GE (general electric) made in Japan, Datas resolved with using from kolmogorov- Smirnov trial and T test. Results: 8 weeks aerobic exercise create significant vmodifications in enzymes measure AST (p= 0.00) and ALT (P=0.00). Also showing significant decrease in liver fat measure in enzymes exercise group in camparison with control group.(p=0.02) .conclusions: The results of showed that eight weeks aerobic exercise is cause decrease enzymes and liver fat.
