Using salary as a motivation tool management personnel

Abstract

In this article, the main objective is examining the use of salary as a motivation tool management personnel. Determined that for activation of employment of staff of the organization to highlight solutions enable yaks improve motivation as a function of management. Also reveal dominant effectiveness of its implementation. Grounded answer to the question: to organize a new, or modify the existing system of incentives for workers. All findings are made based on studies of experts in the field of economics (management personnel and its motivation)
