Abstract
Entrepreneurship in today's Kazakhstan, although experiencing considerable difficulties, is a fait accompli. It is protected by law and will develop. The relevance of the chosen topic is obvious, because there is no market economy without entrepreneurship. Although it is in its infancy, there is no doubt that business will be the leading sphere of social production.
